1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the Talk Alerts Consulting LLC website (“Website”), services, forms, online courses, or telehealth offerings (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or Services. 

2. Nature of Services

Talk Alerts provides: 

• Educational and coaching services 
• Telehealth-based ABA parent training (insurance and self-pay) 
• TeleABA consults 
• Online ABA courses 
• Digital resources 
• Future in-home/community ABA services (coming soon) 

Talk Alerts does not provide: 

• Emergency medical services 
• Diagnostic evaluations 
• Intensive 1:1 ABA therapy (unless explicitly stated in future phases) 
• Psychiatry, psychology, or medical treatment 

All content on this Website, Academy, and telehealth services is for educational and coaching purposes only. 

3. Eligibilit

To use Talk Alerts Services, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years old 
• Be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative of a minor 
• Provide accurate and truthful information 
• Reside in a state where our services are legally provided 

Insurance-covered parent training is currently available in: 

• North Carolina (Active) 
• Texas (Pending) 

Self-pay telehealth consults are available more broadly. 

4. User Responsibilities

User Responsibilities:

• Submit protected health information (PHI) through public website forms 
• Share diagnosis reports, insurance ID numbers, full DOB, or sensitive records 
• Misuse or disrupt the Website 
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization 
• Copy or distribute course content without permission 

You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection is stable and secure for telehealth use. 

5. Telehealth Services

Telehealth services (TeleABA Consults and Insurance Parent Training): 

• Require a stable internet connection 
• Use secure platforms chosen by Talk Alerts 
• Are delivered by Licensed Behavior Analysts 
• Follow state licensure laws 
• Do not provide emergency support 
• Are not substitutes for in-person emergency or medical care 

In-home/community services will only be provided once staffing and licensing are complete. 

6. Insurance and Payment 

For insurance-covered services:

• Eligibility is determined by your insurance provider 
• Submission of the “Check My Insurance” form does not guarantee coverage 
• Insurance approval, copays, deductibles, and session limits vary by plan 
• You are responsible for any non-covered or denied services 

For self-pay services: 

• Fees are disclosed before booking 
• Payment is required at or before the time of service 
• No refunds are issued for completed sessions 

Online Academy courses: 

• Are non-refundable once accessed 
• Provide lifetime access unless otherwise specified 

7. Course & Digital Product Use

All Academy courses, PDFs, videos, and downloads are for personal, non-commercial use only. 
You may not: 

• Copy 
• Distribute 
• Resell 
• Modify 
• Upload publicly 
• Share login access 
• Use materials to teach your own classes without written permission 

Violations may result in loss of access and/or legal action. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and Academy, including:

• Text 
• Graphics 
• Videos 
• Logos 
• Digital downloads 
• Course content 
• AI tools 
• Branding 
• Layout

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk Alerts Consulting LLC is not liable for: 

• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages
